تقریباً25 سال کی عمر میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم نے شام کا دوسرا بڑا سفر کیا جو حضرت خدیجہ علیہا السلام کے تجارتی قافلہ کے لیے تھا۔

 حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم نے ایمانداری کی بنا پر اپنے آپ کو ایک اچھا تاجر ثابت کیا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم دوسرے لوگوں کا مال تجارت بھی تجارت کی غرض سے لے کر جایا کرتے تھے۔

 آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم یہ خدمات حضرت خدیجہ علیہا السلام کے لئے بھی انجام دیا کرتے تھے۔

 اس سفر سے واپسی پر حضرت خدیجہ کے غلام میسرہ نے ان کو حضور صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم کی ایمانداری اور اخلاق کی کچھ باتیں بتائیں۔ انہوں نے جب یہ باتیں اپنے چچا زاد بھائی ورقہ بن نوفل کو بتائیں تو ورقہ بن نوفل نے کہا کہ جو باتیں آپ نے بتائیں ہیں اگر صحیح ہیں تو یہ شخص یقیناً نبی ہیں

۔ آپ حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم کے اچھے اخلاق اور ایمانداری سے بہت متاثر ہوئیں اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم کو شادی کا پیغام دیا جس کو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم نے حضرت ابوطالب کے مشورے سے قبول کر لیا۔

اس وقت آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم کی عمر 25 سال تھی۔حضرت خدیجہ علیہا السلام قریش کی مالدار ترین اور معزز ترین خواتین میں سے تھیں۔

حضرت خدیجہ علیہا السلام سے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ وسلم کی چار بیٹیاں حضرت زینب، حضرت رقیہ، حضرت ام کلثوم اور حضرت فاطمہ پیدا ہوئیں۔ بعض علمائے اہلِ تشیع کے مطابق حضرت فاطمہ علیہا السلام کے علاوہ باقی بیٹیاں حضرت خدیجہ علیہا السلام کی بھانجیاں تھیں۔

The Second Journey to Syria and Marriage

At approximately the age of 25, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) undertook his second major journey to Syria. This journey was made in connection with the trading caravan of Hazrat Khadijah (peace be upon her).

Because of his honesty and trustworthiness, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) proved himself to be an excellent merchant. He also used to take the merchandise of other people for trading purposes and provided similar trading services for Hazrat Khadijah (peace be upon her).

Upon returning from this journey, Maysarah, a servant of Hazrat Khadijah, told her about the honesty and noble character of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). When she shared these accounts with her cousin, Waraqah ibn Nawfal, he said that if these reports were true, then this man was certainly a Prophet.

Hazrat Khadijah (peace be upon her) was deeply impressed by the noble character, honesty, and trustworthiness of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). She sent him a marriage proposal, which he accepted after consulting Hazrat Abu Talib. At that time, Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) was 25 years old.

Hazrat Khadijah (peace be upon her) was one of the wealthiest and most respected women of the Quraysh.

Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) had four daughters with Hazrat Khadijah: Hazrat Zaynab, Hazrat Ruqayyah, Hazrat Umm Kulthum, and Hazrat Fatimah (peace be upon them).

According to some Shia scholars, with the exception of Hazrat Fatimah (peace be upon her), the other daughters were the nieces of Hazrat Khadijah (peace be upon her).
